Heading inside you will be welcomed by a spacious living room and coastal-inspired decor. The high-end kitchen features a Wolf gas range, Subzero refrigerator, ice machine, wine fridge, and fully stocked custom cabinets. The oversized island with a prep sink is perfect for entertaining or spending time with family. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 10 comfortably while taking in views of the Marsh.

The first floor includes a bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large walk-in shower. The second floor features a spacious primary suite with King bed, soaking tub, and two separate vanities. Walk through double glass doors and enjoy panoramic views from the wrap around deck. The 3rd bedroom is a guest room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Lastly, the 4th bedroom includes two twin bunk beds and trundles making it perfect for kids.

The Lake House facilities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness center, and more. Things to know: There is a cost of $45/vehicle. 3 Gate passes maximum. These must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and are to be picked up during the check-in process. Application for amenity cards will cost $15, but daily fees are included with rental. Inside the club is a cashless environment. Additional amenity fees may apply. Club pools are closed seasonally.

Private pool is heatable for a fee (dependent on weather). Fireplace not for guest use. *Maximum 1 dog allowed under 50 pounds with paid pet fee of $500 + tax. Guests are liable for cleaning up after their pet in the house and the yard areas. Absolutely no cats due to owner kids allergies.
