Guests enter Sea Marsh Villa by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front door of the home. You'll enter the front door to find the foyer. The primary suite, kitchen, living room and stairwell to the upper levels of the home are located off of the foyer. Walk a half flight of stairs up from the foyer to find the twin suite. The king suite and the queen suite are located one half flight of stairs up from the twin suite. There is a back porch with multiple seat areas (including an outdoor sectional) and gas BBQ grill off of the living room, dining area and reading room. Off-street parking on the driveway and in the garage for up to 4 cars (1 vehicle may park in the garage and 3 vehicles may park in the driveway) is included in the rental rate.

Sea Marsh Villa is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Resort Pool Access not permitted with this rental.
