The comfortable modern sofa and accent chairs provide the perfect place to sit back and relax while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV above the custom fireplace.

The second living area offers additional comfortable seating with a flatscreen TV, designer décor, and abundant windows with natural lighting. Just off this living area is a gourmet kitchen with a spacious island that offers barstool seating, a dining nook, high-end stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. The formal dining room features stunning coastal-inspired wallpaper and seating for six.

A sunroom is also located off the kitchen with comfortable sofa seating, a flatscreen TV, plenty of windows to spot wildlife, and access to the private deck through sliding glass doors. On the private back deck, you can indulge in your own backyard BBQ with the gas grill and comfortable outdoor seating.

This luxury Kiawah Island vacation home accommodates up to 10 guests throughout the 4 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home with a king bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the private pool deck through expansive sliding glass doors that provide an abundance of natural light and tranquil views. The ensuite private bathroom offers a large modern vanity with double sinks, plenty of counter space to get ready, a glass walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet.

The first guest bedroom is located just across the hall from the primary suite, featuring a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also located on the main level is the loft bedroom. The spacious loft is perfect for little ones, offering a king bed and two twin beds, as well as a full attached living space with two couches and a large TV. A full bathroom is located just down the hall and shared with the living area.

The third guest bedroom is located on the upper level of the home, providing plenty of privacy with a king bed, flatscreen TV, beautiful, vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural light, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
