The living area is bright and open with abundant windows drawing in the natural light, a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating on the extra-large sectional sofa, and access to the expansive private deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon. The private deck offers an outdoor living area with comfortable seating with a stunning view. A formal living area offers additional seating and access to another private deck through sliding glass doors where the front entry is located.
The gourmet kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, a kitchen bar with additional seating for three, as well as a formal dining area to seat ten.
3737 Seabrook Island Road comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms with all the comforts of home. All four bedrooms offer King size beds, high-end décor, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms.
This Seabrook vacation home is walking distance to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House.* Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: Located just across the street from beach access.
Pet Policy: This property allows 1 dog. Please indicate breed and size at the time of booking. An additional pet fee applies.
Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 3.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
