Step through the front door and into a dramatic main living area with a soaring cathedral ceiling, an expansive set of windows offering stunning views of the marsh, and plenty of seating options to make this the true heart of this amazing home. Just off this space, you'll find an open, well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for four, and a large dining table. Additional living areas can be found peppered throughout this home, including one just steps from the main living area with a TV, matching chaise sofas, and a desk and chair, while next to this room is a bonus room with a comfortable sofa bed.
Outside, enjoy the expansive view from your large covered and furnished deck, complete with a fantastic seating area and a table and chairs for alfresco dining. When you want to get out and explore, you're within walking distance of public beaches, in close proximity to five public golf courses, and near other facilities offering basketball, volleyball, and pay-to-play tennis courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
