The kitchen, also on this main level, is well appointed with granite countertops and upgraded appliances and is fully equipped with all cookware needed for making a delicious meal. The adjacent dining room with large table has seating for up to 8 guests. Plus, for additional space there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island and a round table in the living room that can be used for games or meals.

The home offers 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms and in-room televisions. On the first floor of the home, you'll find the first master suite with King bed (Bedroom #1) as well as a second bedroom (Bedroom #2), containing two full size beds. Moving to the second level of the home, you'll discover the second master suite with King bed (Bedroom #3)and private balcony, as well as the fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4), which also contains two full size beds.

Enjoy days swimming and taking in the marsh views on the impressive deck with private heated infinity-edge pool.
