Coastal South Carolina is everything you've dreamed of at this spacious Kiawah Island home! Full of sunlight and comfortable furnishings, this lovely home boasts an effortless flow throughout. The living room displays ample plush seating overlooking a large smart TV. Steps from here, the fully equipped kitchen positively gleams with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A private washer/dryer is available off this space.
An idyllic space to rest your head, the primary bedroom has its own private balcony access, smart TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. With central air and soft linens throughout, rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended.
Close to your stay, there is no lack of things to do! Golf, sunbathe, and explore the area's adorable boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants. Additionally, Marsh Island Park is a quick bike ride or walk away and boasts an excellent viewing tower. As the evening sunset begins to fill the sky, fire up the provided gas grill and host a delicious barbecue for your favorite people.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Vanderhorst Plantation, a neighborhood in Kiawah Island. Battery Number 5 Marker and McLeod Plantation Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Osprey Point Golf Course and Turtle Point Golf Course. The Resort Shop and Fort Lamar Historic Preserve are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
