This inviting Kiawah Island vacation rental home boasts three bedrooms, a vibrant color scheme, and outdoor living spaces to enjoy. The home is located on a quiet street in West Beach and about a 4-minute bike ride from the beach.
Step inside to discover a spacious main living area, bathed in natural light and adorned with vaulted ceilings, creating a welcoming and airy ambiance. Here, you can unwind in style, surrounded by lively, colorful furnishings, watch your favorite shows on the TV, or step out onto the deck to bask in the fresh air. The adjacent dining space features a generously sized table, perfect for savoring vacation meals together. For more casual dining, the breakfast bar or cozy nook in the kitchen are great options. The kitchen is a chef's delight, showcasing light wooden cabinets, a practical center island, and tile flooring. There’s also an additional living area near the kitchen, equipped with a TV for your entertainment.
When it's time to rest, three comfortable bedrooms are designed to ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, a TV, a desk for any work needs, and its private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ideal for kids or friends, the third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Outside, guests are invited to enjoy the home's screened porch and deck area. The porch is a cozy haven with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing evenings, while the deck includes a gas grill for delightful outdoor meals.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in West Beach, a neighborhood in Kiawah Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Kiawah Island Beach and Folly Island Beaches. The Resort Shop and Edisto Island Serpentarium are also worth visiting.
