“Tidewater” 2568 Helmsman Rd. Spectacular Space at Kiawah River, 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 9.

Beautiful townhome located in the new coastal resort destination Kiawah River with 3 bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. The ground level has a one car garage, and the backside offers a gathering space with couch, tv and outdoor fireplace. Come upstairs to the 2nd floor and find a large kitchen, dining area, bar, half bath, living room and well-appointed screen in porch. There is a large smart tv and WIFI throughout. Ascend to the 3rd floor and you'll find two bedrooms, one king and one queen, laundry room and additional screened in porch overlooking Kiawah River. The king bedroom bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The queen bedroom bath has a walk-in shower.

The top and 4th floor has a cozy common area with flatscreen television, desk space and three twin beds and an additional trundle plus queen sized bedroom with attached bath/walk-in shower.

Tidewater is a part of the Kiawah River Sea Island community on Johns Island, South Carolina. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway.

Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

Kiawah River is ten minutes from Kiawah and Seabrook Island. 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rental is an option.

THINGS TO KNOW:
• No pets allowed.
• Fireplace not for guest use.
• GOLF CART (LSV): There is a new, premium, 6-seater LSV cart available for rent at this property by scanning a QR code when you arrive!
• Guests have access to the garage and driveway. There is also parking at the street.
• There is a ring camera at the front door of the home.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Guests may purchase access to The Spring House amenities for $50 per adult per day, which includes use of the fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub, and sauna. Admission for children ages 4–11 is $25 per day, and children under 4 are admitted free. Fees are paid directly to The Spring House.Please note that amenity hours, pricing, availability, and policies are determined solely by The Spring House and are subject to change without notice. -Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.

Located in Johns Island, this vacation home is on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Kiawah Island Beach and Folly Island Beaches. The Resort Shop and Splash Zone Waterpark are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
