In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, seasonal community pool access, and a quick 7-minute walk to the beach. In 2022, the home received a variety of updates, including new interior paint, new furniture for the side deck, and new decking for the front porch, stairs, and side deck.
The semi-detached home exudes Southern charm with its double front porches, soothing color palette, coastal casual furnishings, and hardwood floors. The open and airy main floor allows easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the side deck. The dining area is open to the kitchen, featuring a long table with chairs and a bench seat. The light and bright kitchen is highlighted by white cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse apron sink, glass tile backsplash, and an island with bar stool seating.
The primary suite is located on the main floor and offers a king-sized bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower. Two additional bedrooms and bathrooms occupy the second floor. The first bedroom features two queen beds, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower. Another bedroom offers one queen bed and twin-XL bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower.
A mini-retreat itself, the side deck features a grill and outdoor sofas. The ground-level garage features a Ping Pong table.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the Ocean Green community pool. This pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Vanderhorst Plantation, a neighborhood in Kiawah Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Kiawah Island Beach and Folly Island Beaches. The Resort Shop and Splash Zone Waterpark are also worth visiting. Motor boating, surfing/body boarding, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
