Ceiling fans keep the ocean air fresh and circulating. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax, the sofa pulls out as a sleeper for extra guests and the dining table seats 4 guests. Bring your favorite movies as for evening indoor entertainment there is a flat screen TV with Comcast cable, a Blu-ray / DVD player and free WIFI. The kitchen features granite tile countertops and black appliances and is fully stocked so you can enjoy in-house dining. The washer/dryer laundry area is just off the kitchen for your convenience.

1302 Pelican Watch accommodates up to 4 guests with a king size ensuite primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. A second full bath is located in the hallway with a stall shower.
