Please note: This villa is currently undergoing an extensive renovation that is anticipated to be completed in 2026. Updates include new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the living areas, granite countertops, freshly painted kitchen cabinetry, and upgraded recessed lighting. Bathrooms are being fully refreshed with new tile flooring, a newly tiled shower, and new vanities offering added cabinet storage. Additional enhancements include an electric fireplace with an added dry bar, shelving, and mantel, along with fresh paint throughout the villa. New panel doors and upgraded ceiling, door, and window molding are also being installed, creating a cohesive and refined finish across the home. Once the renovation is complete, new professional photos will be taken and uploaded to reflect these beautiful upgrades.
