The main level boasts a large living room and sitting area with 65" 4k TV, modern kitchen with granite countertops fully stocked with cookware and kitchen gadgets, large dining room and table with seating for 10, and bartop counter seating for 4. There is a mud room with laundry and full bathroom. The adventure lounge area displays classic winter sports gear, unique whiskey barrel chairs and a bar, perfect for entertaining and catching up with family and friends (plenty of board games available). The layout is perfect for large groups with open concept to the common areas.

The second floor provides a master suite with king bed, en-suite full bathroom , soaking tub and large walk-in shower. The suite also has its own private balcony and 65” HD Smart TV. There are three additional bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2D) and large full bathroom. All rooms contain closets, charging stations, and full mirrors.

The third level is a perfect space for the kids to hang out. An open loft space with 5 beds (4 Twin, 1 Full), plenty of space and HD projector to stream movies or hookup your favorite gaming system and enjoy a 12ft wall of entertainment. There is a bluetooth soundbar and LED lightshow/stars projector.

The lower level provides a large comfortable gaming and theater room equipped with a 70" 4k TV, Bluetooth Soundbar, PAC-MAN and Street Fighter 2 Arcade games, and full size 4’ x 8’ Brunswick Pool Table. Recently added, is a cozy propane stove to set the mood and keep you toasty while enjoying the space.

There is a half bath and mini-fridge/microwave to ensure snacks and drinks are readily accessible. The attached garage has plenty of secure space to store YOUR skis, snowboards, bikes, kayaks and other sporting gear you may bring on your Pocono adventure getaway.

OUTDOOR AREA - The rear deck has comfortable seating for 10 at outdoor dining table or new lounge area complete with propane fire table. A large gas grill (Propane included) is available to cook your favorite meals. Just beyond the deck you will find the hard-scaped firepit area with seating for 10 and large new hot tub with seating for 7-8. The backyard is great for yard games (custom Luxe Lodge Corn Hole boards on site)or relaxing in the large hammock. There is even a small steep hill for sledding in the winter.

Enjoy all the Poconos have to offer then return to your conveniently located Lux Lodge to unwind with family and friends.

Housebroken pets under 50 lbs are welcome. Please indicate the number of pets on the reservation request and reach out to host prior to booking to discuss pet rules.

Amenities also include all hotel quality sheets, towels, hot tub towels, and plenty of wash cloths, hand towels & paper products. Complimentary miniature soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Coffee and microwave popcorn are provided.
