SECOND FLOOR offers a spacious open floor plan. Here you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and a large island that sits 6. Equipped with Nespresso coffeemaker, wine fridge, induction stove top, kitchenaid mixer, farm sink and new appliances including Miele dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a SMART TV, workspace and half bath.
THIRD FLOOR is where the beautiful master suite is located. The plush, king bed is inviting for the ultimate night's sleep! This space is also work-from-home friendly with a desk/ vanity and comfortable chair as well as a flat-screen Smart TV. The master bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Right off your master bedroom step out onto the balcony and enjoy beautiful ocean views while you sip your morning coffee. A second bedroom resides on this floor with it’s own private bathroom. A laundry room is just off the hallway for easy access to all guests, it has new full size Electrolux front load Washer/Dryer.
