Beautiful home on Hutchinson Island 1/2 mile from the beach. The home comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you could want to make your meals or go out to all of the great local restaurants the area has to offer. Jensen has amazing award winning beaches and fantastic fishing in the intra-coastal or hire a deep sea fishing charter. The community has a very nice pool which is less than 100 yards away from the house. Paradise!

Indian River Point is an exclusive waterfront community on the Indian River in Jensen Beach. The neighborhood consists of large, colorful, single-family homes with private yards and beautifully kept gardens. Within a two-minute walk you have access to docks leading out onto the Indian River to enjoy a day of fishing.

All Indian River Point homeowners have access to the large community swimming pool and a tennis court.

Indian River Point is in the perfect position for those that enjoy passing the days at beautiful beaches and parks. The Jensen Beach Causeway Park is just a 2-minute drive away. It has picnic areas, a public boat launch, a children’s playground, restrooms, fishing piers, and water access to the Indian River great for kayaking, windsurfing and Jet Skiing. Jensen Beach Park is also 2-minutes away in the other direction. It is the largest public beach offering plenty of parking, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, sand volleyball courts, a concession stand, and lifeguard service.

For a night out on the town you just need to take a short 5-minute drive down the waterfront towards the Ocean Breeze Plaza to find restaurants like Mulligan’s Beach House Bar & Grill, 11 Maple Street, Lures Riverfront and Cinco de Mayo Mexican Cuisine. There are also shops and services such as a Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, a nail salon and hairdressers/barbers.

Indian River Point is right next to the NE Causeway Blvd and the A1A so you can be back on the mainland in minutes. In just over an hour you can spend the day perusing the shops at Boynton Beach or continue down the I-95 for 10 more minutes to get to Delray Beach.

Fully furnished home is equipped with all the basic needs for your stay, charming beach cottage is located in a wonderful unique community of Indian River Point and beautifully decorated in a nautical coastal theme.
The community tennis court is close enough you can watch from our outdoor living space but not so close as to be uncomfortable (we do have racquets available). The community pool is 100 ft. away if the kids and their friends get too rowdy. Fishing is available from the community docks, or wonderful shore fishing from our miles and miles of sand beaches located just a 1/2 mile away. Great local restaurants in Jensen Beach or along the ocean (ride a bike or 5 minutes by UBER), or go a little further (15 minutes) to Stuart for more restaurants, shopping and theatre. Golf courses are everywhere. Jensen Beach is located perfectly for those that want to day trip to Disney or any of the Orlando parks. Just a quick trip south to West Palm and Miami. Get away to the beach!

Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method'(debit/credit card) fees (4.50%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or Directly are NOT REFUNDABLE. All refunds including any Security Damage Deposits will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5% processing fee.

You are responsible for your own transportation. Uber & Lyft car services are available in the area.

Located in Jensen Beach, this vacation home is in the city center and by the sea. Stuart Heritage Museum and Veterans Memorial Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and Eagle Marsh Golf Club. Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Sailfish Splash Waterpark are also worth visiting.
