Also about a 5 minute walk to club house with pool and private beach. There is lots of dining options to chose from, some a very short walk and some within a very short drive. This beautiful beach house has been completely remodeled inside with new floors, paint, bathrooms, and granite counter tops. If you are looking for a beach getaway for the family or just you this is the place. House is stocked with all the things you will need to just relax and enjoy yourself. Bring your boat and enjoy the beautiful waters that Florida has to offer. The boat lift will accommodate up to a 25 foot boat with an 8'6" center beam or less. There is plenty of parking in front of the house for up to 2 cars/trucks; however you will need to make arrangements to park your boat trailer. There is a place you can store it less than 1 mile down the road for a fee. I can get you the information and you can work out the details with them. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
