*** NO EXCEPTIONS*** = Condo Assoc. does not allow pets and requires 30 DAYS ADVANCE APPROVAL NO EXCEPTIONS with application and a $150 fee. Minimum is a monthly lease too. Actual cost for electric added for only utility bill or estimated at $3/day; additional TV/internet beyond the basic would be extra. Cleaning fee of $120-160 based on actual cost. Open parking with no fees.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Hutchinson Island South, a neighborhood in Jensen Beach. Elliott Museum and St. Lucie County Regional History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Causeway Cove and The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast. St. Lucie County Aquarium and Downtown Fort Pierce are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
