There are two fully remodeled bedrooms with queen size beds and a sofa with a full-size pull out couch. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled; the master bathroom offers a shower while the guest bathroom has a tub. Enjoy the modern luxuries of a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of closet space with two walk-in closets and drawers in each room. Cable and WiFi are included as well as Netflix on a SmartTV. This is a very friendly and social building! Lots of events and mingles with opportunities to make lifelong friends. There is social distancing and cleanliness practices now because of COVID.

Stuart Heritage Museum and Veterans Memorial Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and Eagle Marsh Golf Club.
