The home offers use of a community private boat launch marina, and storage for your trailer at an additional fee, but this will be your responsibility. Communal Pickleball, Tennis Courts, Billiards/Game Room, Fitness Center, and a Heated Pool. The home is directly next to our neighborhood park with plenty of green areas to run around. It's directly steps away from the marina & clubhouse where the pool is located. Great hit for a family fun time. Rental of a Golf Cart to drive around the beautiful gated community, or drive to all our local restaurants or shops, is available, but this will be your responsibility. This community has a unique STUNNING PRIVATE BEACH. Go fishing off the back house's private undercover patio; it's a true fisherman's dream. We have fishing rods, beach chairs, towels, top-notch patio furniture, and a BBQ Grill. Nothing was overlooked when decorating this Boho Beach Dream Home. Everything is NEW! From sheets, pillows, furniture, bar, Nespresso coffee station, wine refrigerator, towels, and bathrooms. A new washer & dryer is also available in the home. Perfect for a relaxing good night's sleep after a fun day in the Florida sunshine. NOTE: No pets allowed. Absolutely no parties and 4-person maximum, or 2 adults & 4 kids.
