As this year's snowy winter ends, it's time to book your New Year winter get away for the next season. Our Non-Smoking No Pets Condo is located on the Atlantic Ocean side, treasure coast of Florida. Driving through the quaint town of Jensen Beach, then over the scenic causeway on to beautiful Hutchinson’s Island, You will know that you made the right choice to stay the winter at Fairwinds Cove. This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is fully renovated with an unobstructed 3rd floor view of the Indian River waterway. Grab your coffee in the morning, open the full floor to ceiling glass sliders and sit on the balcony to watch the pelicans and dolphins while enjoying the breeze of the wonderful Florida weather as its snowing up north. Walk or drive to the Atlantic Ocean for a beach & surf filled day or relax at one of the two pools on the grounds of this gated complex. Fairwinds Cove has 2 regulation tennis / Pickleball courts along with a club house, offering, showers, gaming area, business work area a full kitchen and outside BBQs for your fresh catch grilling after a day of fishing. At night, Jensen Beach boasts some of the best restaurants in the area along with bands, dancing and Jammin Jensen on Thursday nights where vendors show off their items and the stores stay open late for your enjoyment. Golf Courses are all-around, on & off the island. Downtown Stuart is just a short trip off the island, where you'll find another breathtaking fun town, where you can enjoy spectacular dining & shopping. After dinner, take the most incredible walk under the Lighted Roosevelt Bridge, But DON"T forget your camera. When you’re done with your night in town come back to your condo and sit on your balcony and admire the lights from the boats sailing the Indian River, to the spectacular lighted Stuart causeway. This million-dollar view will make it all worthwhile as you whine down your evening. Get ready for your next day of adventure and sun on Florida’s treasure coast. Beautiful new kitchen with SS appliances to make your breakfast. This Condo has granite counters throughout the unit. an on suite jet tub shower combo in the master to soak you into heaven. The 2nd bath boasts a Xtra large shower and granite counter with double vessel sinks, large mirror and full tile in both bathrooms. Enjoy fresh bedding with extra pillows for your pleasure as the ceiling fans comfort your sleep. This unit is immaculately kept and maintained. Renter is responsible for electric charges over $50.00 per month. A $3,000 security deposit is required at time of execution of lease form renter, over and above your (CSA Property Damage Protection Policy)

This unit is fully furnished, so bring your Toothbrush, Flip-Flops & Summer Cloths.
