Condo 411 at Island Beach Resort is on the top (4th) floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.
Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Located on the beach, this apartment is in Hutchinson Island South, a neighborhood in Jensen Beach. Stuart Heritage Museum and Veterans Memorial Park are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Pierce Beach and Ocean Bay Riverside. The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
