The Space:

This renovated, contemporary coastal duplex is a short walk to the beach. It is perfect for a family get-away with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in an established beach community.
Enjoy the private patio, a perfect place to relax by the fire or grill dinner after a day at the beach, or have your morning coffee while breathing in the salt air. We welcome your pets, and most of Jekyll Island beaches are pet-friendly with a leash. The yard is fully fenced in and includes a fire pit for you to sit around in the evenings.
The home is a 3-5 minute walk to beach access and a 2 minute drive to the beach.
We also offer a free pool pass to enjoy the pool at the Holiday Inn. You also have access to fitness amenities at Holiday Inn such as water aerobics, yoga, etc.
Please note Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.
If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.
Please note:

There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.
Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Located in Jekyll Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Summer Waves Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Driftwood Beach and Jekyll Island State Park. Georgia Sea Turtle Center and Captain Scott Owens are also worth visiting.
