This spacious two-level home offers comfort and convenience, with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, two closets, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms are also on the main level - each with king size beds along with a hall bathroom that includes a tub and shower. On the lower level, you'll find a fourth bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed, an additional living area, a half-bathroom, and a small laundry space for guests to use.
The main level boasts two inviting living areas—one adjacent to the kitchen and another connected to the dining area—providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The basement level also has a large living area with games for all ages in nearby cabinets. There is plenty of room for all guests as the 2-car garage can be accessed, the long driveway holds 2 more cars, and parking on the street holds another 3-4 vehicles.
This neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and sought after. Many neighbors have lived here for over 20 years. The neighborhood is a small community within the city where you can walk, eat, play, go to church, and pick up essential items nearby. The home is a 7-minute walk to the beautiful Memorial Park and Family Aquatic Center. The park is well shaded, even when it is extremely hot. Memorial Park has two climbing play areas for younger and older kids as well as a large gathering area and also several smaller covered picnic tables with charcoal grills spread throughout the park. The home is also a 12-minute walk to West Main Pizza, Art 101, Hair Expressions Beauty Salon, Shop Girl Gift Shop, The Cycle Depot Bike Shop, and Break Time convenience store. Gerbes West Grocery Store and Gerbes West Gas Station are less than a mile from the residence.
