The home is set up on two levels: the main common areas are upstairs (living room, kitchen, dining area, sunroom with futon, and the view deck), while both bedrooms are downstairs for a quieter night’s sleep.

Living room (Upstairs)

Upstairs, the living room is warm and welcoming with a dramatic stone fireplace and comfortable seating—perfect for movie nights, board games, or winding down after a day outdoors.

Kitchen (Upstairs)

The upstairs kitchen is equipped for easy meals and snacks with full-size appliances and everyday essentials, plus a drip coffee maker to start your mornings before heading out or relaxing on the deck.

Dining area (Upstairs)

Just off the living space, the dining area keeps everyone connected—great for family breakfasts, takeout nights, or gathering for games.

Sunroom / Bonus lounge (Upstairs)

The upstairs sunroom adds extra hangout space with a futon (handy for one additional adult or two small kids if needed). It’s a bright, relaxing spot to read, play cards, or enjoy the view.

View deck / Outdoor space (Upstairs)

Step out from the upstairs level onto the deck to enjoy fresh air and peaceful wooded/mountain views. With outdoor seating, it’s a favorite place for coffee in the morning or a quiet evening wind-down.

Primary bedroom (King) — Downstairs

Downstairs, the primary bedroom is a calm retreat with a king bed and a comfortable, uncluttered feel—ideal for couples and easy rest away from the main living areas.

This room features a sunroom with a private hot tub area.

Bedroom 2 (Two twins) — Downstairs

Also downstairs, the second bedroom features two twin beds—perfect for kids or extra guests—creating a simple, family-friendly setup.

Bathrooms

The home includes 2.5 bathrooms for convenience: two full baths. Each full bath is a private attached bathroom to each bedroom and located downstairs. Plus, an additional half bath.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.

There is a treadmill available for guest use. Please use carefully, and responsibly.

The hot tub is located in the sunroom off of the master bedroom. Please use responsibly and place cover on it when not in use.

The HOA community does allow guests to use some of the community amenities for a fee of $25, which is included in the nightly rate. That rate is set by the HOA community and not us as the hosts. Guests are also able to enjoy other select community amenities at a nominal fees and/or seasonal hours set by the community and can change. Other things to note: You’re staying in a wooded mountain community, so it’s normal to see seasonal bugs or wildlife—please keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside.

Jasper is home to this cabin. McGraw Ford Wildlife Management Area and Lake Tamarack reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Gibbs Gardens and Turtle Park. Atlanta Motorsports Park and Burt's Pumpkin Farm are also worth visiting.
