Nestled in a serene cove with minimal traffic, this gem is ideally located near Duskin Point Marina and Smith Lake Dam, promising a memorable stay on the shores of Smith Lake.
Embrace the charm of this cabin and create lasting memories in a tranquil setting. Stay connected with WiFi internet and enjoy your favorite shows with streaming services on the available TVs. The convenience extends to a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator in the basement, ensuring a stress-free stay.
Dine with a view in the seating for 6 in the dining area, accommodate 5 more at the bar, or savor the outdoors with seating for 6 on the screened-in porch. A quick and easy walk to the dock, without any steps, leads you to a delightful outdoor fire pit at the water's edge for peaceful nights by the lake.
The dock offers a slip for the renter's use (18'x12'), complete with a boat slip included in the rental. Explore the lake with a kayak and canoe provided for renters' enjoyment. Power is available on the dock, ready to be turned off if the renter wishes.

Please Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed at the front door, driveway and dock.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN THE ELECTRONIC RENTAL AGREEMENT. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
