With four bedrooms, including a first-level bedroom, a full kitchen, a spa bath, an air hockey table, and board games, this home blends comfort, spaciousness, and elegance for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the outdoor deck, parking in the driveway for larger vehicles and boats, just one minute to downtown, and five minutes to the lake.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home. Fully furnished, newly updated modern home has all the essentials you need for a long-term or short-term stay. Close to UPMC, one minute to downtown Jamestown, minutes to the lake. This 4-bed 1-bath home offers a first-floor bedroom. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, two with queen beds, another with 2 twins, and a full bath with a shower/tub spa for the most relaxing experience. Formal living room with stylish couches, a smart tv and a vintage fireplace (not active). A formal dining room with seating for 6 and 2 additional chairs. The kitchen is a dream for cooking and enjoying family meals. All spices and oils, pots, pans, and utensils provided. BBQ grill available outside with a large deck and lawn for entertainment. The driveway is about 100 feet, so bring your toys and park safely off the street.
Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. If only booking for 1 night or a large group of up to 8, relax in comfort. Our prices are better and more relaxed than a cramped hotel room, providing you with more privacy. We do not rent shared rooms or spaces. To ensure your safety and privacy, you will have the entire space when you book with us.
We book at the nightly rate for the first two guests. Any additional guest only pays $50 per night. This pricing structure allows both small and large groups to stay for one night or as long as they wish while saving money.
Located in Jamestown, this vacation home is in the city center. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Chautauqua Lake and Long Point on Lake Chatauqua State Park, while Fenton History Center and Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Roger Tory Peterson Institute, or check out an event or a game at Northwest Arena.
