Upon entering VistaMar, you’re greeted by a newly updated living space, perfect for everything from intimate getaways to large gatherings. Four beautiful bedrooms feature deluxe mattresses, pillows, and linens, each with its own smart TV.

The first floor includes three bedrooms and a versatile multi-purpose room with an in-home theater space, a workspace with a desk, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. One of the bedrooms is uniquely detached from the main house, offering extra privacy that’s perfect for families traveling with children or teenagers. Upstairs, the master suite offers a plush king bed, a balcony deck with a two-person hammock, and a spa-like bathroom with a rainfall shower and soaking tub. Additional sleeping arrangements include queen-sized and twin-sized air mattresses.

The living room has a 60-inch TV and a curated book nook. The newly renovated kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and equipped to host large group meals. A washer and dryer are available in the multi-purpose room closet for convenience. Enjoy high-end appliances and Smart Home Technology, including Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart locks. Child-friendly gear like cribs and highchairs are available upon request.

The comfortably shaded first-story deck features ceiling fans, lounge seating around a 65-inch smart TV, and an outdoor dining table for eight. Ascend to the rooftop deck to take in the panoramic ocean vista, featuring four premium Adirondack chairs for enjoying the views from sunrise to sunset, plus two adjustable lounge chairs for private sunbathing.

Walk to the beach in minutes—just one block away with a new wheelchair-accessible approach. This pet-friendly home and beach welcome your furry friends to enjoy the sand and waves. The private garage is fully equipped with beach gear, including two beach cruisers, a tent, chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, and kids' toys. When you return home, rinse off in the private outdoor shower before relaxing indoors.

The Neighborhood:
VistaMar is ideally situated one block from the beach and near top Northeast Florida destinations. Bike or walk to the prestigious Ponte Vedra Inn & Club or drive twelve minutes to TPC Sawgrass. The Mayo Clinic is a convenient eight-minute drive away. Access EverBank Stadium, Daily’s Place, and Vystar Memorial Arena with ease. A scenic thirty-minute drive brings you to historic St. Augustine. Nearby, find Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks, and Target for all your needs. The South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground are less than a mile away, offering easy access for kids to enjoy new adventures and make friends.

We charge an extra fee for guests above 10. When making your reservation, please input the correct guest count. After booking, we will confirm the guest count with you. If you need to increase your guest count to more than 10, this will result in a corresponding price increase. We verify guest counts via external cameras on our properties. If we notice a higher guest count than reported, we reserve the right to charge additional fees at double the standard rate before check-in.

Additional Fee Guidelines:
• Extra Guests: $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (e.g., 11 guests would be $45/night extra, and 12 guests would be $90/night additional).
• Pet Fees: $60/night per pet, $300/week per pet, $600/month per pet. This fee is not included in the accommodation rate. We will request the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
• Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs:
- 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
- 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
- 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
- 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

For guests requiring a pack 'n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

There is a propane grill and propane tank. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank when it runs out.

We have a minimum 7-day stay requirement for local guests. To request an exception, please inquire through your booking platform. Exceptions are made at our discretion.

Gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. Hosting a gathering, party, or event at this property will result in a $1000 fee.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Cigar or cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking  (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc.) will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
