Your stay includes beach equipment, Smart TV's with Hulu guest account, 2 bikes, fast WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. This clean and freshly designed beach home incorporates large windows to maximize natural light and has breathtaking Balcony Ocean Views for you to engage all your senses in this unique coastal aesthetic. Additionally, plush furnishings, bespoke artwork, and carefully curated accessories contribute to you living the luxury beach life Florida has to offer. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops including Round Bird, Native Sun local grocery stores, and an assortment of restaurants like Salt Life Food Shack, Mellow Mushroom Pizza and more.
The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and outdoor showers for you to rinse with after the sandy beach. This home includes a propane grill for your use.

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

3rd bedroom: Two twin size bunk bed and a Queen with Twin Bunk Bed on top.

4th bedroom: King size bed with Smart TV

All of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 12 people! We also have a family friendly amenity with a baby stair gates on the third floor and another portable one for your use onsite.
POOL HEATING ONLY! Pool heater is turned off 6/1 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-5/31 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. Spa and pool are not able to be heated at the same time, due to the functionality of new pool equipment. If you wish to heat the spa instead, it will cost an extra $150 per week and you will not have pool heating for your stay. The pool is controlled remotely. Please allow 24 hours notice for us to turn on the spa schedule for you!

Please note: all modern pool heaters are technically unable to heat water once the outdoor temperature drops below ~55°F. This is a universal equipment limitation, not specific to our property, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly during cooler months.
We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

Getting Around:

There is a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons within walking distance away. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches. It is only running during certain hours!

Things to know!

- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Oceanfront, a neighborhood in Jacksonville Beach. TPC Sawgrass and SeaWalk Pavillion are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit St. Johns Town Center and Sleiman North Shopping Center. Beaches Arts Center and Rhoda Martin Cultural Heritage Center are also worth visiting.
