This home is in a prime location surrounded by multiple dining options, shopping and public beach access that is approximately four blocks away. Mayo Clinic is approximately five and a half miles away. The property is close to Baptist Beaches as well. Must-visit attractions include Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier, downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk Pavilion, Jarboe Park, Shipwreck Island Water, South Beach Park, Sunshine Playground, Gonsalves Park and so much more.

Inside this charming, air-conditioned beach retreat, views of the pool can be enjoyed from the kitchen and living room. Enjoy an EXTRA-LARGE primary suite equipped with its own love seat, rocking chair, round table with enough space for four, a 70-inch smart TV, and a large master bathroom boasting a refreshing rain shower. Three additional tastefully decorated bedrooms each include a smart TV with high end beds perfect for the weary traveler, tired beach goers or any guests who come to enjoy the great beach vibes. Relax in the cozy living room and enjoy another 70-inch smart TV. The dining area is equipped with a large dining room table perfect for family meals, board game nights or those important family meetings. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, gas barbecue, children's books, toys, beach games, and beach chairs.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL & HOT TUB RULES
●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the hot tub and/or pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

●Pool Heater Disclaimer: If you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper arrangements. The pool heater is available ONLY between October and February. There is an additional charge of $50 per day for heating the pool. Please note, a pool heater does not make the water as hot as a hot tub. The temperature will only rise to a certain level depending on the outdoor temperature.
