Located just 1 block from the beach, the property is centrally located in south Jax beach within walking distance to many amazing restaurants, deli and shopping (Starbucks, Whole Foods) to give you the perfect beach experience.
Our 4 bed 2.5 bath luxury beach home equipped with everything you’ll need for your vacation and ideal for couples or families looking to relax and spend time together. The house is 100% private and offers a spacious and open floor plan with a fenced backyard with pergola and yard games.

You will have 100% private access to the property.

- 3 Smart TV in the living room, master bedroom and downstairs back bedroom.
- All towels, linens and such provided
- Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, Keurig, pots/pans, plates, silverware, and kitchen basics (salt, pepper, sugar)
- Soap and shampoo available in all bathrooms
- Cleaning supplies if needed + plenty of paper towels and toilet paper
- Private backyard with pergola
