1a. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The two guest bedrooms have access to the veranda. The primary bedroom has access to a balcony. The primary bathroom is absolutely beautiful with a large shower and a Japanese soaker tub. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. Enjoy a coffee bar upstairs with a beverage refrigerator. Enjoy a queen sleeper sofa downstairs in the sitting room.

2. Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen boasts a Zline Stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. It's not just a functional space but also a place where you can showcase your culinary skills and create memorable dining experiences. It also features a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and plenty of kitchenware and utensils.

3. Outdoor Area: The backyard is a highlight of The Blue Pearl, featuring a beautiful swimming pool and tropical landscaping. ( for those chilly months, we can heat the pool for a daily fee of $50.00) It's the perfect oasis to cool off, barbecue, and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
