This beautifully decorated home is truly unique for the beaches! The floorplan is an open concept with high ceilings and a large outdoor space (with a heated pool) for entertaining. The downstairs has stained concrete flooring and upstairs is an unfinished driftwood floor. There are 3 bedrooms (technically it's a 4 BR but one room is a kids playroom) and 2.5 baths plus a luxurious outdoor shower! One of the bedrooms upstairs is a baby nursery that can be converted into a queen bedroom. If you have kids or a baby then let us know and we can keep it as a nursery for your stay. The beach is 5 blocks away and within walking distance. The outdoor space is where the real fun is at with total privacy, a grill, beautiful flowers, an outdoor dining area, and a pool that we can heat to a nice 88 degrees at a moment's notice!
This property is ideal for one family or 2-3 couples as the rooms are on the smaller side at the beaches.
There are coffee shops, Whole Foods, Publix, Target and restaurants all within 2 miles. It's the best location at the beach! We look forward to hosting you!
Located in Jacksonville Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. TPC Sawgrass and Jacksonville Beach Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Rhoda Martin Cultural Heritage Center and Oceanfront Park. Consider Lynch's Irish Pub for a night out or Beaches Arts Center if you're traveling with kids.
