This home is in the perfect location, minutes to the ocean, restaurants, Mayo Clinic and more! It is equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a fully stocked kitchen, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, Smart TVs, a beautiful pool with set up with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, beach chairs, beach towels, and a charcoal grill.
The Space:

Perfect place for a coastal get away. You will have a beautifully maintained pool surrounded with lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set. The Pool table, ping pong( in the garage now) are perfect for trips with the whole family. The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You will have beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy by the pool or take to the beach!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Getting Around:

There is a park within a 1 mile walk away with a turf field, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and a playground! If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!
