Tennis courts nearby & numerous golf courses in surrounding area! Walk to shops & restaurants! Come stay for 2 weeks, a month or year round. Close to Mayo Clinic. Two story beach condo with three bedrooms and two baths. "Urban" living steps away from the beach or pool. Enjoy walking or riding your bike, you don't need a car. Includes one designated parking spot. Master bedroom (upstairs) has a king bed, one guest bedroom(downstairs) has queen bed, and the third bedroom (upstairs) has four bunk beds. You have a first story and second story balcony to choose from. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also WIFI. Minimum rental term is two weeks. The Pool is currently not available for use. Washer/dryer are located inside the condo.
Located in Jacksonville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Rhoda Martin Cultural Heritage Center and Beaches Museum & History Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Timucuan Ecological & Historical Preserve and Ribault Monument. Oceanfront Park and Adventure Landing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
