This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse is 2 blocks from the best served patch of beach on the Northern Florida coast! Beach rentals galore available along with a restaurant and bar frequently accented with live music. Men's and Women's bathrooms available as well! A quick 3 minute walk takes you to a great beach-bike rental place! Short distance from grocery, restaurants and bars. We are also 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic with top golfing and tennis clubs 9 minutes away.

The Space:
Clean and cozy, our place has a washer/dryer unit, SUPER FAST 800 Megabytes speed wi-fi service, local channels and all the prevailing stream service apps.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole of the townhouse, including a quaint little patio with a seating area to enjoy the evening ocean breeze. Access to the 2nd floor balcony attached to master bedroom available to enjoy a private outdoor space.
Beach chairs & Umbrellas are available for your use and on a rainy day - discover an assortment of puzzle and classic board games to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
Found along northeast Florida's "First Coast," Jacksonville Beach offers vast stretches of gorgeous beach, a newly redesigned golf course, a famous fishing pier and boatloads of water activities. Beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, and a wide variety of eateries – Jacksonville Beach has it all. Don't forget about Adventure Landing and Shipwreck Park!

Getting Around:
Your townhome is in an area rated extremely high on the walkability scale. If not in the mood for walking, download the Beach Buggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Beach!! Drivers are very friendly and full of useful information.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.

Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)

We are pet friendly and charge $30 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, I charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with me and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.

This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.

There is in unit laundry in the bungalow.

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the amount of guests booked.

A TV with a FREE Peacock subscription and access to popular streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.) is available but there is NO CABLE.

Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples). I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

Jacksonville Beach is home to this vacation home. St. Johns Town Center and Sleiman North Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cradle Creek Preserve and Dutton Island Preserve. Traveling with kids? Consider Oceanfront Park and Adventure Landing. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
