The house is located in South Jacksonville Beach in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of attractions and bars but still close enough that you are able to walk or bike ride to the beach, park, shopping centers and numerous restaurants.

The home is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom house. The front door leads to a open floor plan of the spacious living room with a large queen sized pull out plush couch. End tables are powered for ease of finding plugs. Sit back and relax while you watch the 73" smart tv or open the blinds for ample natural lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and a glass top double oven. The Primary Bedroom has a king sized bed with a cool breeze temperpedic mattress and smart tv with an bathroom that has a walk in shower with a dual sprayer. The secondary bedroom has comfy queen sized bed, smart tv and an accessible bathroom attached. There is a small desk for a dedicated workspace in the dining room.
The backyard is an oasis with a screened in back porch and spacious decking. There are grills and propane tanks available for the guest to use. The large backyard is perfect for kids or even your dog to run around while you cook out on the grill and enjoy the sunshine state.
Jacksonville Beach is home to this vacation home.
