There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.

The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 5 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. Whole Foods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

⚠️Note: There will be construction going on on 4th St S from Spring 2024 to Spring 2025. The city is working on roadway, drainage, water & sewer Improvements. They will be excavating the intersection of 4th St South and 3rd Ave South to prepare and install a new Drainage Pipe. The intersection will be closed - No traffic will be allowed, but residents and guests will have access homes and parking.
