The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to Bold Bean coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi! There is a beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards and cornhole for your use.

The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Getting Around:

There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Oceanfront, a neighborhood in Jacksonville Beach. Blue Jay Listening Room and Beaches Museum & History Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Timucuan Ecological & Historical Preserve and Ribault Monument. Ready for a night out? Consider Lynch's Irish Pub and The Local. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
