This space is equipped with one king bed and two full beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family staying. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more.

Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with 2 full and a king memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.

The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.
