This unit is apart of a triplex, located on the bottom floor. It is close to EVERYTHING.

4 blocks from the ocean.
5 minute walk to the bar scene (including a bar next door)
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic

Newly renovated with plenty of old school Florida home vibes.

The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east.

This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants.

The unit is also a triplex so you do have two very close neighbors!

I would recommend walking to the beach on the weekends as it may take you longer to find parking then if you made the short walk.

A lot of people ride their bikes around the area. There are a couple of places that rent bikes nearby, I would highly recommend it if you like biking.

Located in Jacksonville Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Timucuan Ecological & Historical Preserve and Ribault Monument are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at TPC Sawgrass and SeaWalk Pavillion.
