Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a duplex.
Location location location!
8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.
This is an upstairs unit that is apart of a duplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit.
There is a key code to enter the unit.
I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.
Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.
You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).
The unit is an upstairs unit in a duplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.
Located in Jacksonville Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cradle Creek Preserve and Dutton Island Preserve, while Beaches Museum & History Park and SeaWalk Pavillion are cultural highlights. Oceanfront Park and Rhoda Martin Cultural Heritage Center are also worth visiting.
