When you first enter the house, you'll be greeted with an open-concept main floor, featuring a kitchen with island seating, half bath, laundry area and family room to take in the great waterfront views of Norris Lake.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN!
Complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and associated dishware and flatware are ready for your hungry crew.
WATER VIEWS FROM THE DINING AREA!
Enjoy great views of Norris Lake from the dining table that seats six and the island will accommodate eight as they enjoy your feast.
STEP OUTSIDE - LARGE DECK & PATIO AREAS
After dinner, step outside onto the main level deck and enjoy the sunset with great lake views. Comfortable seating at the outdoor rockers and table allows all to take in the view in this lakefront home on Norris Lake.
2 FAMILY ROOMS - SPREAD OUT!
Cap off your day, by relaxing in the family room while watching your favorite movie, tv show or the Volunteers (okay, maybe Ohio State too!). The family room features a stone fireplace for a warm ambiance while you relax after a great day waterskiing, wakeboarding and surfing on Norris Lake (make sure to stop at the jumping rock and rope swing too!)

The main level features two private king suites, each complete with lake views and deck access, a flat-screen TV, a private en-suite bath, and a walk-in shower to freshen up.

THE BUNK ROOM
The fifth bedroom, located just off the lower level family room, is set up as a bunk room, with 2 sets of twin over full bunks, a flat screen tv, and a private bath with a tub shower combo.
THE LOCATION
Hiwassee Holiday is conveniently located on Norris Lake near I-75 and features a great lakefront location, featuring a private dock with 2 boat slips, a large lounging area, and a firepit.
The private dock offers space for two boats and features a large area to enjoy the sun and water – the boat launch is conveniently located within a short distance, at the end of a nearby cove.
Two marinas are located within a quick boat ride of Hiwassee Holiday - Mountain Lake Marina and Twin Cove Resort & Marina.
Located in Jacksboro, this vacation home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Campbell County Historical Society and Coal Creek Miners Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at La Follette Country Club and Whitman Hollow Marina. Norris Dam Marina and Appalachian Arts Craft Center are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
