Comfortably furnished three bedroom 1.5 bath house on a quiet 25 acre wooded property. This serene location feels like your own private sanctuary in the woods, but is also 10 minutes from downtown Ithaca, 10 minutes from Cornell University, and 15 minutes from Ithaca College. This home has a kitchen with new appliances and all the tools you would need to prepare meals. The bathrooms are newly renovated. The Master bedroom has an attached half bath, and a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin bed. Linens and towels included. The home has a washer and dryer on the lower level.

Please note: there is a single outdoor security camera that points down the driveway to alert the owners when someone approaches the property. It has a view of the driveway. There are no other cameras, including no cameras anywhere inside the home.
