ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.​​​​​​​

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway, garage and plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door

~ AIRPORTS nearby: Idaho Falls Regional (about a 1.5 hour drive), Bozeman Yellowstone International (about a 2.25 hour drive) or Jackson Hole Airport (about a 2.5 hour drive)
