This spacious waterfront property offers plenty of dockage and quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay via Snake Creek, making it a great choice for guests bringing a boat. The dock is equipped with shore power, water, and a fish cleaning station, making it easy to rinse down the boat and prep your catch after a day on the water. Islamarina is conveniently located right at the entrance of the neighborhood, where you can grab fuel, bait, and other essentials before heading out.
The home features a flexible layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs along with a convenient kitchenette, while the upstairs offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the main living space and kitchen.
Just off the upstairs living room, you'll find a cute porch with a swing, the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while enjoying the island breeze.
Downstairs, the outdoor space is designed for relaxing after a day on the water, featuring sun loungers, a fire pit, and an in-ground spa, creating your own private Keys-style retreat.

Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
