This home is centrally located where you will not have to go far to enjoy the best that Islamorada has to offer. Founders' Park is one mile north where you can enjoy access to many amenities such as: a sandy beach, Olympic-sized pool, walking and bicycle paths as well as volleyball, baseball and softball fields, basketball, tennis, soccer, doggie park, kids' playground, marina, boat ramp and much more. (Some additional fees may apply at Founder's Park). Nearby Snake Creek Marina offers boat slip, boat & kayak rentals. Fine dining restaurants such as Chef Michael’s, Ziggie Mad Dogs, Pierre’s, MM88 restaurants are nearby as well as casual dining restaurants such as Island Grill, Lorelei, Islamorada Fish Company and the historical Green Turtle Inn.
