This duplex features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an open layout for a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a living room with wall to wall sliding glass doors giving you unobstructed water views. Also on the main floor is two bedrooms, a comfortable master ensuite, and one guest room with a queen bed. Downstairs offers a separate one bedroom, one bathroom with two twin beds and a large carport with plenty of parking.
Spend the day in your backyard, at one of Islamorada's most pristine beaches, or load up the boat with fishing rods and explore all the wonders the Florida Keys waters have to offer. After a long day enjoying the Keys life, take a moment to sit back, relax and watch the sun set over the Florida Bay from your patio.
Sandy Pointe is located on prestigious Lower Matecumbe, only miles away from downtown Islamorada and close to some of the best fishing spots in the world. Located only seconds away from the Everglades National Park and minutes from the ocean via Channel 5 bridge.
