White Marlin Beach access and quick boat ride to Channel 2 or 5 bridge or to Robbies Marina. Plenty of parking. Outdoor shower and BBQ. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 with a king and 1 with 2 queens), a hallway full bathroom, living room, kitchen combo with stove, dishwasher, and fridge, W/D. Downstairs has a mother-in-law suite with 1 queen bed and a queen sofa pullout with own kitchen, stove, and fridge. Full bathroom in the suite. Ramp at Sea Bird Marina for a fee.
