This well-appointed home offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the upper level.

Our office is right here in the Powderhorn area with on-site maintenance, housekeeping, and reservation staff ready to help. You’ll always have support nearby, and if you’d rather not stop in, we’re also available 24/7 by call, message, or email. In winter, you’re just steps from Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort and a few miles from Snow River for skiing and snowboarding, along with direct access to hundreds of miles of scenic snowmobile trails. When the snow melts, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the beauty of the Northwoods.

The main level features an expansive kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a large gas brick fireplace. Soaring ceilings and large windows provide stunning views of the surrounding woods and Shotgun Trail, creating a bright, inviting space. Patio doors open to a back deck with a gas grill—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing after a day on the slopes.

On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious recreation room equipped with a foosball table, a full futon, and access to a sauna—ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The lower level also has a washer and dryer for added convenience. Newly added Outdoor Hot Tub (Winter 2026).

This home comes equipped with central air and Wi-Fi throughout for your comfort. Dogs are allowed.

Holiday Haus provides access to Lifts #8 and #9 via the Shotgun Trail, making it an ideal spot for skiing, snowboarding, and enjoying the outdoors. A 3-night minimum stay is required.

Located in Bessemer, this chalet is in a rural area. Old Depot Park Museum and Downtown Art Place are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort and Copper Peak.
