Are you looking for a up north getaway or skiing at Ski Brule.. you won’t be disappointed! You will love the Up north feel in this upper townhouse(which feels like a full house) with wood vaulted ceilings and open concept which makes it great for gathering with family and friends! There are 3 bedrooms with 3 of the bedrooms having a Queen bed; and the third bedroom also has twin bunk beds (great for the kiddos :) All the bedrooms offer a dresser and a big closet which is great to put your belongings away (or bulky ski bags during ski season) There are two bathrooms-with everything being brand new. The main full bath offers a tub/shower unit, full size vanity and toilet.
The half bath is in a perfect location right off the kitchen. Relax out on the private deck while cooking on the Blackstone grill or enjoy soaking in the 4 person hot tub (private-not shared). In the winter months relax by the wood burning fireplace (2 bundles of wood provided) with a view of Ski Brule hill which is exceptional! The location is 5 miles from downtown Iron River which has a great grocery store, restaurants and dispensaries. Also 10 miles from Young’s golf course/restaurant. You can also access the UTV/snowmobile trails which are right up the road. Great spot for taking in the beauty of the Upper Peninsula or a weekend skiing at Ski Brule which is right around the corner!

Located in Iron River, this villa is in the mountains. Ski Brule and George Young Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Iron County Forest Preserve and Ottawa National Forest.
